Let our circumstances not paralyze our life. Do not let bitterness, resentment, and faultfinding remain in your heart. Such feelings can grow so strong that there is very little room left for love and appreciation. Resentment is a heavy burden to carry in life. When we nurture it, it consumes our thoughts, robs us of peace, and stifles our joy.

Rather, remember that insight is the ability to see beneath the surface, to look beyond the obvious. Insight nurtures understanding.
